The Project Management Office (PMO) is housed within the division of Institutional Effectiveness and Technology (IET) and serves to manage and oversee the IET portfolio and the university's strategic initiatives. The PMO team works collaboratively with campus stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and implement technology solutions that align with the university's strategic goals and priorities. The PMO is responsible for project coordination and streamlined communication, as well as providing guidance in project selection, risk assessment execution, budgets, and financial analysis.
